Company WBI - a leading integrator and a market leader in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) in Slovakia started in the past years more and more to meet with requirements of its customers to manage flexibly and effectively their storage operations through mobile solution. As a long-term partner we turned to company KODYS SLOVAKIA which has its know-how in the field of warehouse management systems.

 

After our common detailed analysis and development a software module K-Mobile WMS for Microsoft Dynamics NAV was developed. K-Mobile WMS for MS Dynamics NAV is a mobile warehouse management solution using the technology of bar codes and the business logic of Microsoft Dynamics WMS. Client-server architecture is fully online. Operators in the store instead of using pen and paper use Motorola mobile terminals that communicate with the system via the Motorola wireless network. The solution also includes termotransfer Zebra printers integrated to K-Mobile WMS solution as well as directly to the information system.
Apart from the software solutions we are also able to provide complex supply and installation of hardware and wireless network infrastructure.

 

Solution K-Mobile WMS brings higher speed and more efficiency of storage processes and removes the human error factor in the handling of goods which brings rapid return on investment for customers.

 

K-Mobile WMS is successfully integrated in 4 companies (Bepon, Almotrans, Transtrade and X-Ray) which differ by their focus and industry. That demonstrates the universality of solutions built on modern architecture.
