Mobile terminals and WLAN infrastructure in French SanofiBCS Hungary closed deal with the French Sanofi who invested into 200 mobile terminals with complete wireless infrastructure. |
BCS Hungary closed its biggest deal with the French Sanofi who invested into 200 mobile terminals with complete wireless infrastructure. The French company has 3 locations in Hungary, everywhere running SAP and using the mobile solution for raw material handling and managing the finished goods warehouse.
BCS Hungary installed in this project the first RFS7000 switch in warm stand-by configuration. Working together with Bartec, more than half of the access ports are built into special ATEX housing, providing safe operation in explosive areas. A quarter of the terminals are also ATEX compliant.
BCS Hungary did all the site surveys complying to the manufacturer internal rules and reporting formats. Every site was measured and documented carefully using a measurement software called AirMagnet. BCS Hungary provides 3 years maintenance contract for all the terminals and wireless networks and give 24/7 services 365 days during the year.
