Stock level management, stocktaking
This solution enables fast, precise and error-free stocktaking, whether full or partial. For example, it can be used for stocktaking of a single stand, and thus to obtain instant information on the goods which are selling fastest and to ensure that goods do not go out of stock. The solution is based on portable terminals with built-in RFID or bar-code scanners, automatic identification systems and dedicated software.
Mobile working
We offer solutions which support the work of sales representatives in the field. These enable effective multifaceted management of everyday work, collection and processing of information, and access to essential data while working in the field.
These solutions are designed especially for distributors of consumer goods and firms specializing in retail sales. They help to optimize the work of sales representatives, leading to faster closure of deals. The productivity of field work is increased thanks to such functions as order collection, sales history, issuing of sale documents, and management of information on customers, sales and products.
Order management
Full management of orders at all stages – including collecting orders from branches or other locations, grouping orders, placing orders for goods, and then sorting deliveries and despatching them from a distribution centre. A list of products for orders can be created by automatically scanning the codes on goods and entering the appropriate quantity. Depending on the communication method used, information on the list of products being ordered can be made available in real time or read in sequentially to a database.
In-store product information management
This solution makes it possible for both staff and customers to check directly selected information about a product, e.g. its price or description, using readers (“price checkers”) installed within the store. The information displayed on the reader screens can be easily managed, for example to show information on special offers, additional product information, current offers on a given product, instructions for use, or messages encouraging the purchase of related products.
Communication with users is based on the MK series of multimedia kiosks (MK1100 to MK2000) from SYMBOL Technologies. Depending on needs and requirements as regards communication with the readers, the system can use either a wireless network or cable links. The solution can operate in a configuration allowing the simultaneous handling of multiple readers.
Marking and automatic identification of goods using the GS1 system
The use of GS1 – a set of standards enabling effective management of supply chains through unique identification of products, packages, resources, locations and services – in combination with electronic data exchange, among other things ensures fast identification of goods and access to full information about them, thus enabling processes to be made significantly more efficient.
The solution includes dedicated software, label printers, and GS1 standard labels. It can be smoothly extended into a full warehouse system, enabling tracking of the flow of goods and automatic data collection.
Implementation of this solution is a foundation for the deployment of a traceability system, enabling tracking of the movement and origin of batches of goods through all stages of production, processing and distribution.
