Our system designed for field work management consists of server and mobile parts. The synchronization of data between field workers’ terminals and communication server is based on an optimized protocol, which works well with low bandwidth connections, such as GPRS. The solution can support any number of variants of special offers and loyalty programs. It is possible to create any report on a mobile device based on the data entered into the system during a workday.
