Our system designed for field work management consists of server and mobile parts. The synchronization of data between field workers’ terminals and communication server is based on an optimized protocol, which works well with low bandwidth connections, such as GPRS. This protocol allows sales representatives to get access to current information about warehouse inventory, special offers etc.

 

The solution can support any number of variants of special offers and loyalty programs. It is possible to create any report on a mobile device based on the data entered into the system during a workday.

 

The platform on the basis of which the system was built is configurable according to Customer’s requirements and can be integrated with any external IT environment. Such approach ensures reliability, flexibility and guarantee of complete customization.
